Share Your Memories
of Grandma

Help us preserve her life, her wisdom, her faith and her love
for the generations who come after us.

A Life Worth Preserving

Clementina Modupeola Odesanya lived ninety full years — from Nigeria to England, through faith, family, hardship and joy. She leaves behind four children, grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a community of people whose lives were shaped by knowing her.

The memories she planted in each of us are too precious to lose. We are creating a commemorative family book so that future generations — including great-grandchildren not yet born — will know who she was, how she lived, and what she left behind.

Your story is part of her story. We need your help to tell it.

Stories Matter More Than Possessions

"What did Grandma leave in you that will remain long after she is gone?"

Furniture fades. Houses change hands. Photographs lose their names. But a story — written down, preserved, shared — can travel across generations in a way nothing else can.

Every person who knew Grandma holds a piece of her that no one else has. The quiet conversation. The meal she made. The thing she said that stayed with you. The way she made you feel when you walked through her door.

These are the things we are trying to save. Please help us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can contribute?

Anyone who knew Grandma — family, friends, church members, neighbours, colleagues. If she touched your life in any way, your story belongs in this book.

How long should my response be?

There are no rules. A single sentence can be just as powerful as a paragraph. Write what feels true to you. You do not need to answer every question.

Will my name be included?

You choose. You can contribute with your full name, first name only, or anonymously. We will ask for your preference at the end of the form.

When is the deadline?

We will be collecting memories for several weeks after the Celebration of Life on 24 July 2026. The sooner you contribute, the richer the book will be — but there is no hard cut-off.

Where do I send photographs?

Please upload photographs to the family tribute page at clementinaodesanya.muchloved.com rather than through this form. Include a caption so we know who is in the photo and when it was taken.

What happens to my contribution?

Your words may be included in a commemorative family book published as a keepsake for family members and future generations. Nothing will be published without your permission.
